Crystal Sublimation Transfer Process
No glue needed, color penetrates into crystal coating, scratch-resistant & washable, fast for mass production.
1. Design & Print
Design and adjust patterns, logos or texts on computer. Print the image on sublimation paper with a sublimation printer.
2. Position & Fix
Align the printed paper accurately on the crystal sublimation coating area. Fix tightly with heat-resistant tape to prevent shifting during heat pressing.
3. Heat Press Parameters
Equipment: Flat heat press / mug heat press
Temperature: 180–190℃
Time: 50–70 seconds
Pressure: Medium
4. Peel & Finish
Take out the crystal after pressing, cool briefly, then peel off the transfer paper. The finished design is vibrant, clear, scratch-resistant and wash-proof.
Common Notes
1. Dust-free operation is required to avoid bubble defects.
2. Strictly follow standard temperature, time and pressure parameters.
3. Sublimation only works for crystal with professional sublimation coating.
4. Complete curing & natural cooling ensure long-term adhesion without peeling.
