Heat transfer water bottle 450ML double-layer stainless steel water bottle
450ml water bottle, double-layer stainless steel cup. Smooth surface, suitable for heat transfer printing designs. You can make the patterns by yourself. Make an ordinary kettle more meaningful.
Print Preparation: Use sublimation ink to print your mirrored design onto sublimation paper (ensure the design size matches the tumbler’s surface area).
Wrap & Secure: Wrap the printed sublimation paper tightly around the tumbler, aligning the design evenly. Use heat-resistant tape to fix the paper in place (avoid wrinkles or gaps to prevent blurring).
Heat Press Setup: Preheat a tumbler heat press to 180–200℃ (356–392℉) and set the time to 200–240 seconds. Adjust the press’s pressure to fit the tumbler’s diameter (ensure uniform contact).
Press & Cure: Place the wrapped tumbler into the heat press, secure it firmly, and start the pressing cycle. The heat will activate the sublimation ink, transferring the design onto the tumbler’s coating.
Cool & Unwrap: Once the cycle ends, carefully remove the tumbler from the press and let it cool completely (10–15 minutes) to lock in the design. Peel off the sublimation paper and tape to reveal the vivid, permanent print.
Final Check: Wipe the tumbler surface with a clean cloth; the design is now dishwasher-safe (top rack) and ready for use.
