Heat transfer pure cotton five-panel baseball cap

Blank baseball cap, very suitable for personalized customization of patterns, can be transferred with DTF printing patterns on the cap. Smooth and wrinkle resistant surface, able to maintain long-lasting printing effect.

1.Prepare DTF Film: Print your design onto DTF film (no mirroring needed) using DTF ink, then apply hot-melt powder and cure it.
2.Position Film: Place the cured DTF film (design side down) on the cap’s target area; smooth out wrinkles.
3.Heat Press Setup: Set the cap heat press to 160–170℃ (320–338℉) and time to 15–20 seconds; use medium pressure.
4.Press & Peel: Press the film onto the cap, then let it cool slightly (5–10 seconds) before peeling off the film (hot or cold peel, per film instructions).
